Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges will be made exclusively through Whispers of Naples boutique.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all goods must be returned unworn, with original tags and received by Whispers of Naples LLC within 7 days of customer’s receipt of merchandise. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a copy of your receipt.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed within seven (7) days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping back an item over $100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
